RFP – 24 - 04 - Request for Proposals (RFP) –Competitive Contracting - Instructional Diamond Sports (Baseball/ Softball) Program

The City of Hoboken is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals (RFP 24-04) to provide an instructional diamond sports (baseball/softball) program. This program is specifically designed for children aged 4 to 5 years. Prospective vendors must submit their sealed proposals by February 22, 2024, at 2:30 PM prevailing time to the Division of Purchasing at City Hall. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to purchasing@hobokennj.gov UNLOCK by 12:00 PM on Monday, February 5, 2024, as no further questions will be entertained after this deadline. Specifications and additional RFP information can be obtained by emailing the Division of Purchasing. Vendors are required to comply with various state and city statutes, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C.17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process.
