CITY OF HOBOKEN
NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of
New Jersey on February 22, 2024 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for the following professional services:
RFP 24 - 06 - 2ⁿᵈ attempt - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Professional Services Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, LSRP, Planner and Surveyor, Arboriculture/Arborist, Coastal, Environmental, Transportation, and Urban Term: One (1) year from date of award
The City seeks qualifications from qualified individuals, firms or teams who wish to provide
professional services stated above to the City of Hoboken pursuant to New Jersey statutes in
accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
The City of Hoboken is expanding the pool for candidates. If you have already submitted specific
RFPs that are listed above, please do not submit again.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Hoboken
City Hall, by sending email below or call tel: (201) 420-2000 ext. 1401.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of
Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
