RFP – 24 – 09 - Competitive Contracting-Ice Skating Rink Operator Concession at ResilienCity Park 2nd attempt

The City of Hoboken is seeking proposals for an Ice Skating Rink Operator Concession at ResilienCity Park through Competitive Contracting, as indicated in RFP – 24 – 09. This is the second attempt to find a qualified operator. Addendum #1, issued March 8, 2024, clarifies that the City will provide the leased space and permanently installed mechanical equipment, while the concessionaire must provide all other necessary equipment, materials, and personnel. The initial term of the lease agreement may be up to five years if proposed by the concessionaire and approved by Green Acres and the City Council, with the option to extend subject to further City approval for an additional five-year term if the investment by the lessee exceeds $500,000.
