NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson,
State of New Jersey on March 28, 2024 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

RFP 24-09 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING ICE SKATING RINK OPERATOR CONCESSION AT RESILIENCITY PARK - 2ⁿᵈ Attempt
A site visit will be scheduled for 11:00 am February 29, 2024. Potential concession operators should meet personnel from the Department of Parks, Recreation, & Public Works at the ResilienCity Park at the corner of Adams and 13th Streets.

Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12:00 pm on March 5, 2024. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Ice Skating Rink Operator Concession at ResilienCity Park, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open
Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
