RFP 24-14 - Request for Qualifications – Licensed Attorney Special Counsel – Public Water Utilities Counsel

The City of Hoboken is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide special legal counsel in matters relating to public water utility contracts, litigation, and other legal issues. This encompasses legal representation that may arise and affect the City of Hoboken. The term of this engagement is from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025. Vendors must comply with applicable laws, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process.
