The City of Hoboken is soliciting sealed proposals for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Professional Services in various fields including Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, LSRP, Planner and Surveyor, Arboriculture/Arborist, Coastal, Environmental, Transportation, and Urban. The City seeks qualified individuals, firms, or teams to provide these professional services in accordance with New Jersey statutes. The contract term is slated from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, or one (1) year from the date of award. Vendors must comply with applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws. Specifications and other RFP information can be obtained from the Purchasing Department at Hoboken City Hall via email. Sealed proposals are due December 4, 2025, at 2:30 PM prevailing time at the City Clerk, City Hall.
