NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on December 23, 2025 at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:

The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services – Providing Stop Loss Insurance for Medical and Prescription Coverage to the City for CY2026, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
