RFP – 26-03 - Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Integrated Pest Management Services

A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the City of Hoboken for competitive contracting of Integrated Pest Management Services (IPM). The selected vendor will be responsible for providing IPM services across all city-owned public facilities and public parks. Prospective bidders are required to comply with various New Jersey statutes and City of Hoboken ordinances, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, and City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process. A mandatory site visit will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM at City Hall, specifically for Municipal Buildings. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Division of Purchasing, City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. by Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:30 PM prevailing time.
