RFP 26 - 04 - 2nd attempt - RFQ-Professional Services for Special Counsel (All Categories) Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026

The City of Hoboken is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to serve as special counsel across all categories. This is the second attempt to expand the pool of candidates, and firms that have already submitted specific RFPs listed previously should not submit again. The term of service will be from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Sealed proposals must be received by the Division of Purchasing on or before February 4, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall.
