Rfp 26-07 -Request For Proposals (Rfp) – Competitive Contracting Specialized Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of Hoboken is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for specialized landscape maintenance services. This comprehensive project includes the maintenance of green infrastructure on public rights-of-way and in resiliency parks, specifically mentioning ResilienCity Park, as well as lawn rehabilitation, aeration, seeding, and irrigation. Vendors are encouraged to visit the sites to fully understand the scope of work. Prospective vendors must comply with applicable New Jersey state statutes and City of Hoboken ordinances regarding fair and open processes. Sealed proposals are to be received by the Division of Purchasing at Hoboken City Hall by March 31, 2026, at 11 AM prevailing time.
