This constitutes Addendum No. 2, dated November 26, 2024, to the above referenced Request for Proposals issued by Hoboken on October 31, 2024 (the “RFP”).
Notice of this Addendum No. 2 shall be emailed to all registered Respondents.

1. Procurement Schedule Update
Respondents are hereby notified that the RFP Procurement Schedule has changed:
‍
 Proposals are now due on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Accordingly, sealed proposals must be received by the Local Unit on or before 1:00 pm, prevailing time, on January 7, 2025.
 The last day Respondents may submit questions has been changed to December 26, 2024. Questions may be sent to hobokencommunitysolar@gabelassociates.com.
