‍Rfq 23-08 - The City Of Hoboken Is Seeking To Pre - Qualify General Contractors Prior To The Bidding Of The Portico Restoration And North Stair Fire Doors Projct At Hoboken City Hall

The City of Hoboken is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors for the Portico Restoration and North Stair Fire Doors Project at Hoboken City Hall, located at 94 Washington Street. The project includes repair of historic architectural brownstone, replacement of stone stair treads and landing, restoration of existing metal stair railings and installation of new guardrails, new front entry door and transom, and new fire-rated doors, sidelights, and transoms at the north stairs. A pre-submission meeting is scheduled for May 23, 2023, and attendance is strongly recommended. Pre-qualification questionnaires are due by 2:00 PM on June 8, 2023.
