The City of Hoboken is seeking funding and has announced a public hearing for proposed improvements at 800 Monroe Resiliency Park. The project scope includes the construction of a park with various amenities such as tennis courts, a lawn area, fitness equipment, dog runs, gardens, seating, shade structures, and subsurface storm water detention infrastructure. A concept plan, preliminary cost estimate, and environmental impact assessment are available online. Public comments and questions are encouraged at a hearing scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to be held in person during the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
