Moosepac Well PFAS Treatment

The Township of Jefferson is soliciting bids for the Moosepac Well PFAS Treatment project (Contract No. UTL-23-3). This project involves the construction of a new PFAS treatment facility, including a building, treatment vessels, process piping, a caustic soda system, a chlorination system, a wastewater holding tank, a standby generator, yard piping, fencing, and the replacement of existing well pumps and motors. Funding may be partially sourced from the N.J. Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program. Bidders must submit sealed bids by May 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A 10% bid bond is required, and the successful bidder must sign the contract within ten days of award. The project also includes requirements for the utilization of small business enterprises owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDs), with a 10% utilization goal.
