NOTICE TO BIDDERS - Beach Pavilion Rental 2026-2028 Bid Specs - April 8, 2026 11am

The Borough of Keansburg is seeking bids for the lease of the Beach Pavilion located at Baywalk East, Beachway, Keansburg, for the years 2026-2028. The successful bidder will be granted a one-year lease agreement with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The lessee will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility, including ensuring proper security after each use. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Municipal Clerk's Office no later than Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 11:00 am local prevailing time.
