2024 Affordable Housing Planner

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to serve as the Affordable Housing Planner for 2024. The selected planner will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects related to the Borough's Affordable Housing initiatives, including professional planning, technical administrative consulting, attending meetings, preparing reports, assisting Borough personnel, providing advisory services, assisting with litigation, and preparing redevelopment studies and plans. Vendors must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing Planner services and a minimum of 5 years servicing governmental agencies. Sealed proposals, labeled "2024 Affordable Housing Planner," must be submitted to Theodore Georgiou, Qualified Purchasing Agent, at 567 Boulevard, Kenilworth, N.J. 07033, by Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Submissions must include standard proposal forms and other required documentation as outlined in the RFP checklist.
