2025 Affordable Housing Attorney

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from experienced attorneys to serve as the Affordable Housing Attorney for the year 2025. The selected attorney will be responsible for supervising and coordinating negotiations related to the Borough's affordable housing obligations, prosecuting or defending relevant legal actions, providing legal advice, attending meetings, and drafting legal documents. Submissions are due by November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., and must include a qualification statement, ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action evidence, and other required documentation.
