2025 Affordable Housing Planner

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications for an Affordable Housing Planner for the 2025 contract period, commencing no sooner than January 1, 2025, and terminating no later than December 31, 2025. The Planner will provide services on an as-needed basis for projects requested by the Borough Council and related to the Borough's Affordable Housing Projects. Minimum requirements include 10 years of experience providing planner services and at least 5 years servicing governmental agencies. Interested vendors must submit their qualifications to the Qualified Purchasing Agent by Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Submissions must be made on standard qualification forms, enclosed in a sealed package labeled "2025 Affordable Housing Planner," and include required documentation such as a submission form, ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action evidence, and a business registration certificate.
