2025 Bond Council

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from vendors to provide Bond Counsel services for the year 2025. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing and reviewing bond ordinances, assembling certified records of proceedings, preparing resolutions for bond sales, consulting with the auditor on maturity schedules, reviewing official statements, arranging for the printing and distribution of official statements and notices of sale, attending bond sales, and rendering legal advice. Qualifications must be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent no later than November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. and must be submitted with all required documentation including a submission form, ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action evidence, and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate.
