2025 Borough Auditor

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from vendors for the provision of professional auditing services for the 2025 Borough Auditor. The selected vendor will perform an annual audit, review the annual budget, financial and debt statements, audit the deferred compensation plan, audit all trust and escrow funds, and respond to financial and tax inquiries. Qualifications must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., to the Qualified Purchasing Agent, Theodore Georgiou, at the Kenilworth Borough Hall. Vendors must meet minimum requirements, including fifteen years of experience as an auditor and ten years servicing governmental entities. They must be Certified Public Accountants and Registered Municipal Accountants. The contract period will commence no sooner than January 1, 2025, and will terminate no later than December 31, 2025.
