2025 Labor Attorney

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to provide labor attorney services for the 2025 contract period, commencing no sooner than January 1, 2025, and terminating no later than December 31, 2025. The selected attorney will provide review and advice regarding the Borough's personnel policies, represent the Borough in disciplinary hearings and before third-party review boards, assist with collective bargaining negotiations, and present staff training seminars. Qualifications must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. Vendors must have a minimum of ten years of experience in providing labor/personnel services as a licensed attorney in New Jersey, with at least five years servicing municipalities and other local governmental entities. The selection criteria includes meeting the minimum vendor requirements, qualifications of individuals performing the services, experience and references, ability to perform services in a timely fashion, cost considerations, and demonstrable experience representing public bodies.
