2025 Planning Board Attorney

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications for a 2025 Planning Board Attorney to represent the Borough and Planning Board/Board of Adjustment in all legal matters, including hearings, and to attend regular, special, and emergency meetings. Vendors must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience representing municipalities in planning and zoning matters. Qualifications must be submitted by November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. Submissions must include a qualification statement, statement of ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action evidence, and other required documentation, and must be submitted to the Qualified Purchasing Agent.
