2025 Real Estate Appraiser

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from experienced real estate appraisers for the 2025 contract period, commencing no sooner than January 1, 2025, and terminating no later than December 31, 2025. The selected appraiser will represent the Borough in matters of real estate appraisals, defense of tax appeals, prosecution of counterclaims, and attend meetings as needed. Proposers must be a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a licensed appraiser by the State of New Jersey, and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience representing municipalities in tax appeals. Submissions must be made on the standard Qualification forms, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the vendor's name and address, and labeled "2025 Real Estate Appraiser". The package must be addressed to Theodore Georgiou, QPA, Qualified Purchasing Agent. Qualifications are due by Friday, November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Kenilworth Borough Hall Council Chambers.
