2025 Redevelopment Attorney

The Borough of Kenilworth, Union County, is soliciting professional service contracts for a Redevelopment Attorney for the contract period commencing January 1, 2025, and terminating no later than December 31, 2025. The selected attorney will represent the Borough's interests in redevelopment matters, including Ordinance No. 2021-02, providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing the Borough in legal proceedings. Proposals must be submitted on standard forms, enclosed in a sealed package, and labeled with the respective professional service on the outside, addressed to the Qualified Purchasing Agent, Theodore Georgiou, at 567 Boulevard, Kenilworth, N.J. 07033. Submissions must be received by the Qualified Purchasing Agent no later than Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, in the Council Chambers of Kenilworth Borough Hall.
