2025 Tax Appeal Attorney

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking qualifications from experienced attorneys to serve as the 2025 Tax Appeal Attorney. The selected attorney will represent the Borough in tax appeals before the Union County Board of Taxation and the Superior Court of New Jersey, and may be called upon to provide other specialized legal services as needed. Qualifications are due by November 15, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., and must be submitted in a sealed package labeled "2025 Tax Appeal Attorney" to the Qualified Purchasing Agent. Submissions must include standard qualification forms, a statement of ownership disclosure, a non-collusion affidavit, EEO/Affirmative Action evidence, and other required documents.
