2026 RFPs Professional Services - Planning Bd. Engineer

The Borough of Kenilworth is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for a 2026 Planning Board Engineer. The selected vendor will provide professional services including site land use and environmental engineering; facility, infrastructure and project design, construction, and operation; building systems evaluations, mechanical design services, preparation and submission of permit applications, construction administration/inspection services, material testing and geotechnical services, and environmental testing and monitoring. Proposals must be received no later than Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of Kenilworth Borough Hall, 567 Boulevard, Kenilworth, N.J. 07033.
