RFP - 2024 Borough Engineer

The Borough of Kenilworth is seeking proposals for a Borough Engineer to provide professional engineering services for the contract period commencing no sooner than January 1, 2024, and terminating no later than December 31, 2024. The scope of services includes site land use, environmental engineering, facility, infrastructure, and project design, construction, and operation. This includes roadway improvements, culverts, traffic studies, parks, drainage improvements, and environmental projects. Key requirements for proposers include a minimum of fifteen (10) years' experience in providing engineering type services and a minimum of ten (5) years servicing municipalities. Proposers must possess a valid P.E. license in the State of New Jersey. Sealed proposals were due on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time.
