Request for Proposal - Township-Wide Reassessment Services
Public Notice is hereby given that on December 11, 2025 at 12:00PM, prevailing time, at the Township of Lafayette Municipal Building, 33 Morris Farm Road, Lafayette, New Jersey, the Township Committee will receive Sealed Proposals for RFP – Township-Wide Reassessment Services.
Parties interested in this Request for Proposal (RFP) may obtain an electronic copy of the RFP specifications for the Township of Lafayette by emailing AnnaRose Fedish, Township Clerk, at clerk@lafayettetwp.org. Requests must include company name, address, phone number and contact person.
Said proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the respondent and must be addressed to the Township Clerk of the Township of Lafayette.  The envelope must, also, indicate “RFP – Township-Wide Reassessment Services”.  Respondents must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies.
The Township Committee reserves the right to waive any informality or defect in any proposal, to reject any and all proposals or to accept such proposals that, in the discretion of the Committee, are in the best interest of the Township.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10.5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding equal employment opportunity.  Respondents are, also, required to comply with P.L. 2004 c.57 Business Registration Act.
