Municipal Parking Lot Improvements: Phase I - Russell Court Parking Lot

The City of Long Branch is seeking bids for the Municipal Parking Lot Improvements: Phase I – Russell Court Parking Lot project. The project scope includes concrete and pavement improvements encompassing approximately 4,500 square yards of work on Russell Court. Major bid items include HMA Milling, HMA Surface Course, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Driveway, Remove and Reset Existing Brick Walk/Pavers, and Concrete Vertical Curb. Bids must be submitted to the Long Branch City Clerk’s Office by October 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM, and include a certified check or cash (or a bid bond) of not less than 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a surety company bond in the full amount of the contract price. Plans, specifications, and proposal sheets can be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer for a fee of $20.00 per set until 48 hours prior to the bid opening.
