Notice to Bidders - Elberon Library

The City of Long Branch is seeking bids for the Long Branch Free Public Library Elberon Branch Renovations project. The project involves exterior and interior renovations, including roofing, window and siding replacement, painting, door repairs, demolition, new interior finishes, HVAC upgrades, electrical modifications, lighting replacement, plumbing fixture replacement, and landscaping improvements. The building will be unoccupied during construction, and the contractor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, watertight, and climate-controlled environment. Bids are due by May 29, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Long Branch City Hall Council Chambers.
