Notice to Bidders - Health Wellness Technology

The City of Long Branch is seeking bids for the "Long Branch Health and Technology Center & Wellness Park" project. This involves renovations and additions to existing buildings at 131 Bath Avenue and 307 3rd Avenue, Long Branch, NJ, encompassing new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roof structures. The project includes new health and technology centers, site improvements, parking lots, pickleball courts, an amphitheater, and landscaping. Plans, specifications, and proposal sheets can be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer at CME Associates upon payment of $100.00 per set.
