Notice to Bidders - Long Branch Library Renovation Project

The City of Long Branch is seeking bids for the Long Branch Free Public Library Renovations project. This project involves major interior renovations including selective demolition, space reconfigurations, new finishes, upgrades to the building mechanical, electrical (including a new emergency generator), plumbing and fire protection systems, new structural foundations and framing in the Carnegie Wing, and limited improvements to the exterior envelope. The project is governed by a Project Labor Agreement, and the building will be unoccupied during construction with all work completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The bid submission deadline was June 1, 2023, at 10:00 A.M.
