Notice to Bidders: Sealed Bid for Leasing One (1) Concession Stand - Bath Avenue, Long Branch, NJ

The City of Long Branch, NJ is soliciting sealed bids for the leasing of one concession stand located on Bath Avenue along the boardwalk. The lease term is for two years, with an option for a third year (beach seasons), running from April 1st through September 30th of each year for 2024, 2025, and 2026. The City reserves the right to cancel the lease at the end of any beach season with 60 days' written notice. A minimum bid of $6,000.00 per beach season is required, and a bid security in the form of cash or certified check, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid (not to exceed $20,000), is also required. Bids are due by February 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
