The City of Long Branch, NJ is soliciting sealed bids for the leasing of one concession stand located on West End Avenue along the boardwalk. The lease term is for two years, with an option for a third, running annually from April 1st through September 30th for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 beach seasons. The City reserves the right to cancel the lease at the end of any beach season with a 60-day written notice. The minimum bid is $6,000.00 per beach season.
