Notice to Bidders - Umbrellas Beach Chair Rentals

The City of Long Branch is seeking proposals from vendors to provide beach umbrella and chair rental services on its beaches during the summer season of 2025. The contract term will run from May 23, 2025, through September 26, 2025, with an option to renew for four additional years. Proposals must include pricing, experience/qualifications, maintenance provisions, and an understanding of the City's needs, including equipment, management, staffing, and hurricane preparedness. A ten percent (10%) deposit based on the 2025 proposal price is required from the successful vendor by February 6, 2025. The deadline for submitting proposals is February 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time.
