RFP/Bid Opportunities

The Township of Mansfield is seeking sealed bids for the refurbishment of a 2005 Seagrave Marauder firetruck. This comprehensive project includes the overhaul of its 1750 Seagrave Pump/1000 Gallon Water Tank, Series 60 Detroit Motor, and Allison Transmission. Bidders are required to submit complete and detailed specifications for the proposed work, adhering to specific legal requirements outlined in P.L. 1975, c 127 and P.L. 1977, c 33. Submissions for this opportunity are due by April 23, 2026, at 10:00 am. In addition to the firetruck refurbishment, the Township has issued bids for annual lawn mowing and trimming services, due by February 11, 2026, at 11:00 am, and for the leasing of approximately 50 acres of Township land for farming purposes (Block/Lots 1402/5), with bids due by January 27, 2026, at 10:00 am. All bid specifications can be obtained from and submissions delivered to the Office of the Township Clerk at the Municipal Building, 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
