The Township of Middle is soliciting sealed proposals for ADA improvements to the rear parking area of the Clarence and Georgiana Davies Complex (Goshen Complex). This project aims to enhance accessibility and is funded in part by a grant from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program. Bidders are required to obtain specifications and plans from Engineering Design Associates and submit their bids by June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, with awards made to the lowest responsible bidder. Compliance with state and federal regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, N.J.A.C. 17:27, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, and P.L. 2004, C.57, is mandatory, as is registration with the Federal System for Award Management (SAM).
