959 – Folusiak Tract Proposed Parking Area

The Township of Montgomery is seeking bids for the Folusiak Tract Proposed Parking Area project. This involves the installation of a gravel parking lot with a geo-cellular stabilization system located at 150 Hollow Road, north of the CSX Railroad crossing. The project includes constructing an access aisle and driveway, nine gravel parking spots, one ADA van accessible parking spot, an asphalt driveway apron at Hollow Road, post and rail fencing, and a landscaping area. Bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent by Wednesday, April 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM local prevailing time. The Township of Montgomery Engineering Department must also be contacted to provide bidder contact information for notifications of any addenda, amendments, cancellations, postponements, and/or clarifications to the Contract Documents.
