2022 Legal Notices for Bids, RFP's & Auctions

The Town of Morristown is seeking bids for several projects, including sewer TV inspection, locating, cleaning, and CIPP lining on an on-call basis for a two-year contract; dam maintenance at various locations; and a curb, sidewalk, and drainage improvement project. Bidders for all projects must use the prepared bid forms and submit a bid guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract and file a bond within ten days of the award. For the sewer project, bids are due by February 16, 2022, at 10:00 AM. The dam maintenance bids are due April 5, 2022 and June 7, 2022 both at 10:00 AM. The curb, sidewalk, and drainage bids are due August 9, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Bids must be delivered to the specified location in the Municipal Building.
