Town 2025 Legal Notices for Bids, RFP's & Auctions

The Town of Morristown is seeking bids for three distinct projects. First, they are offering the lease of parking spaces located at 200 South Street in blocks of 10 up to 140 spaces, on a month-to-month basis for two years, with an option to extend for an additional year, via public auction. The auction will be held on October 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with a minimum price of $100 per space per month. Second, the town is seeking bids for a five-year contract for solid waste and recycling collection services, due January 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Finally, they are also soliciting bids for a two-year contract for sewage sludge removal and hauling, due December 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
