2026 RFP for Public Relations Consultant

The Township of Mount Holly is seeking proposals from qualified Public Relations Consultants to provide a range of services for a one-year contract term. The scope of work includes moderating website and social media posts, producing press releases, attending special events, and creating the Township newsletter, among other public relations duties. Key qualifications for prospective consultants include a minimum of five years' experience in the profession, the ability to attend Township meetings as required, and sufficient support capabilities to fulfill all service demands. Proposers are also required to detail their fee structure, including hourly rates, retainers, or project-based fees, and list past public entities they have represented. All proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., to the Township Clerk. Submissions require one original, one unbound copy, and one electronic copy on a CD or USB drive, sealed and clearly marked. Evaluation will consider technical understanding, management capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.
