The Borough of Mountainside is soliciting sealed bids for "CONTRACT 2026-6 – PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ON NOTTINGHAM WAY." Disko Associates, is required for the reproduction of these documents. Bids must be submitted on the Borough’s official bid form and enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed with "BID PROPOSAL FOR CONTRACT 2026-6 – PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ON NOTTINGHAM WAY," along with the bidder's name and address. Submissions must be hand-delivered or sent via certified mail or courier service to the Borough Clerk at the Municipal Building, 1385 Route 22, Mountainside, N.J. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Municipal Building on July 30, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. prevailing time. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or a bid bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00, made payable to the Borough of Mountainside as a Proposal Guaranty.
