Notice of Introduction Ordinance 25-26

This document is a public notice for Neptune Township Ordinance No. 25-26, which proposes to amend Volume I, Chapter VII of the Township Code. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish or modify resident-only handicapped parking zones by adding specific residential handicapped parking spots. The ordinance was introduced and passed its first reading on October 16, 2025. A public hearing for final passage of the ordinance is scheduled for November 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Neptune Township Municipal Complex. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide input. Copies of the full ordinance or a summary are available in the Clerk’s Office during normal business hours and will be posted on the public bulletin board at 25 Neptune Blvd., Neptune, NJ, during the week prior to the meeting.
