Notice of Introduction Ordinance 26-15

The Township of Neptune is introducing Ordinance No. 26-15 to regulate smoke shops and vape shops, including the sale of smoking devices and paraphernalia. The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on April 13, 2026. A public hearing and final passage consideration will occur at the Regular Meeting of the Township Committee on April 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Neptune Township Municipal Complex.
