Notice of Introduction Ordinance 26-15 reintroduced

The Township of Neptune is reintroducing Ordinance No. 26-15, an ordinance designed to regulate smoke and vape shops. The ordinance aims to govern the registration and regulations for such establishments, including the sale of smoking devices and paraphernalia. The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on May 11, 2026. A public hearing and final passage will be considered at the Regular Meeting of the Township Committee on May 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Neptune Township Municipal Complex. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide input. Copies of the ordinance will be available in the Clerk's Office.
