The Township of Neptune, County of Monmouth, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for Emergency Medical Billing Services. Bids are due by April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, and will be publicly opened at the Township of Neptune Municipal Building. Bidders must submit proposals on standard forms and enclose them in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and project name, addressed to the Clerk’s Office. Specifications and bid forms are available from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, who can be contacted via phone or email. All bidders are required to comply with New Jersey statutes regarding Affirmative Action (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), Ownership Disclosure (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq.), and Business Registration (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq.). The Township retains the right to reject any and all bids.
