Notice of Introduction Ordinance 26-15 reintroduced

The Township of Neptune is holding a public hearing and considering final passage of Ordinance No. 26-15, an ordinance designed to regulate smoke shops and vape shops. This ordinance aims to govern the registration and operational regulations for such businesses, including the sale of smoking devices and paraphernalia. The ordinance was introduced and passed on its first reading on May 11, 2026, and will be subject to public discussion and potential final approval at a Regular Meeting of the Township Committee scheduled for May 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Neptune Township Municipal Complex.
