Notice of Introduction Ordinance 26-19

The Township of Neptune is considering Ordinance No. 26-19, which proposes an amendment to the Land Development Ordinance. The amendment aims to introduce a new section that would permit an Accessory Dwelling Unit in addition to a primary structure within qualifying residential zone districts. This ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on April 27, 2026.
