The Township of Neptune, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey is seeking sealed bids for Emergency Medical Billing Services. Bids will be publicly opened on April 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Township of Neptune Municipal Building. Vendors are responsible for timely delivery of their bids. Specifications and bid forms are available from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, and can be obtained by calling 732-988-5200, UNLOCK ext. 250, or emailing mzucconi@neptunetownship.org. UNLOCK Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and project name, and addressed to the Clerk’s Office. Bidders must comply with New Jersey's Affirmative Action (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.), Ownership Disclosure (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq.), and Business Registration (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq.) requirements. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
