Request Proposals 2026 Professional Services Contracts

The Township of Neptune is soliciting proposals for various Professional Services Contracts for the 2026 calendar year. These roles encompass a wide range of expertise, including Affordable Housing Administrator, Insurance Broker, various legal counsels (Alternate Prosecutor, Public Defender, Labor Attorney, Planning Board Attorney, Assistant Township Attorney, Board of Adjustment Attorney, Environmental Shade Tree Commission Attorney, Special Counsel, and Township Attorney), Interim Certified Municipal Finance Officer, Planning Board Engineer, Planning Board Planner, Engineering Services, Environmental Engineering Services, Risk Management Consultant, Financial Advisor, and Auditor. The selection process will be fair and open, in accordance with New Jersey statutes N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and N.J.S.A 40A:11-4.3,4.4& 4.5. Key requirements for proposers include demonstrating relevant qualifications, experience, and reputation in their respective fields, providing detailed fee schedules (hourly and/or monthly flat rates), and submitting verifiable references. All proposals must be submitted in one original, one copy, and one electronic version (on physical media, not via email) to the Township Clerk's Office. The definitive deadline for all submissions is December 1, 2025, by 4:00 PM.
